Terms
Last updated October 3, 2026
These terms cover anything you buy from Newlywed Seasons at newlywedseasons.com. Newlywed Seasons is operated by Zynocore. By buying, you agree to them.
What you’re buying
Digital planning tools: Google Sheets you copy into your own Google account, PDF workbooks and guides. Everything is delivered on your delivery page and by email. You need a free Google account to copy the Sheets.
Your license
When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use what you bought for your own household, for your own planning. You may copy the Sheets into your own Google account, and print or save the PDFs for yourselves. You may not resell, share, sublicense, post or publish the files, the copy links or the PDFs, use them with clients or in a business, or build something else from them. We keep all rights in the files, the text, the layouts and the Newlywed Seasons name and logo. The license ends if you break these terms or your purchase is refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax, GST/HST or similar tax that applies to you is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase, so the charge on your statement comes from Dodo Payments.
Saved payment method and one-click offers
When you pay, our payment processor may save your payment method. Right after your purchase we may show you an additional, optional offer. If you tap the button to accept it, your saved payment method is charged for that offer right away, without re-entering your details. Nothing is charged unless you tap to accept, and declining changes nothing about what you already bought. If your payment method can’t be reused (for example PayPal or some wallets), you’ll go through a normal checkout instead.
Refunds
Refund terms, including our 14-day guarantee, are in the Refund Policy.
Not advice
Everything we sell is a planning tool. It is not legal, financial, tax, relationship or family advice, and it doesn’t promise any outcome. Always cook food to a safe internal temperature and check with a thermometer; the planner schedules timing, it doesn’t replace that.
Your copies and Google
Once you copy a Sheet, that copy lives in your own Google account. Google’s services are outside our control, and their terms apply to your account.
No warranty
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Sheets will be error-free or always available, that a formula or checker will catch every problem, or that using them will lead to any particular result in your family, finances or holiday.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim is about. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to exclude or limit, and some places don’t allow the limits above, so they may not apply to you in full.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you bought apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Odisha, India, except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim there.
