Make a Decision guarantee

Within 14 days of purchase, fill in the Start Here tab and your private Workbook pages. If the planning system didn’t help the two of you reach a decision, email support@newlywedseasons.com and we’ll refund you in full.

The guarantee applies to Our First Holiday Season only, not to add-ons bought with it or after it.

Our products are digital files you copy into your own Google account and can’t be taken back, which is why the guarantee is based on using the planning system rather than on returning it.

Other refunds

If you’re charged twice by mistake, we refund the duplicate. If the files don’t arrive or won’t open, we fix it first, and refund if we can’t. To ask for any refund, email support@newlywedseasons.com.

How refunds work

Email the address you bought with, so we can find your order. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Dodo Payments, who processed your payment; your bank can take a few business days to show it. Once a product is refunded, it comes off your delivery page and we stop emailing you about it. Any copy of a Sheet already in your Google account is yours to delete.

Our Terms say how the products may be used. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
